Registration for 2023 is now closed.

THERE IS NO LATE DISTRIBUTION.

2023 Distribution for families in Stephenson county was Sunday, Dec. 10th at the Eagles Club in Freeport from 10am until 1pm.

2023 Distribution for families in Boone and Winnebago counties was Sunday, Dec. 17th in Rockford.  9am to 5pm. 

Health insurance information required to verify those children listed are your dependents and their age.

Please, we only distribute toys to children up thru 11 years old.  The registration form only allows children up to 11 so don't put an older child on the request, we will be asking for your health insurance papers to verify ages and the children being your dependents.

ONLY PARENTS OR GUARDIANS OF DEPENDANT CHILDREN LISTED ON THE "TOY REQUEST FORM" CAN CLAIM THESE CHILDREN AND RECIEVE TOYS.  NO DIFFERENT THAN WHO YOU CAN CLAIM ON YOUR FEDERIAL INCOME TAX FORM.  NO GRANDPARENTS, OTHER RELATIVES OR FRIENDS CAN CLAIM THESE CHILDREN.

If you cannot make it to toy distribution, please arrange to have a family member or friend pick them up for you.  They will need to have a copy of your health insurance paperwork (or birth certificates).  Having a photo of the paperwork on their phone will also be acceptable.

When you get the approval by email, add the toy distribution event to your calendar on your phone so you don't forget.
